Does anyone know how much cap space we are projected to have?

So 40 or so games in and Pop is still playing Manu 20 minutes a night.

He is shooting 34% from inside the 3pt line.

He is turning the ball over 1.5 times in those 20 minutes and only getting 2.5 assists. Add in all of the times (a lot) he gambles for steals and gives up easy points as well.

I know Pop loves to live and die with what Manu does but at this stage in his career (he is 40 in a couple months), I just don't see how Pop can honestly think Manu is going to balance out on the positive side for what he brings to the team.

I love Manu and he will go down as a hall of famer and just an awesome human being off the court, but he is really hurting this team more than he is helping and I think holding back the development of guys like Simmons and Murray.

I'm fine with Manu...but I agree that 5 min less per night would be ideal for him and for the team...but I don't see that he's hurting the team a lot...I expected to be way worse at the beggining of the season.
When this account gets more "And1"s than posts written ...then my life will be complete. And maybe it will be the right time to hang it up. (Achieved on 2017-2018 season)...but still here.

The only problem with playing at age 39 is that as soon as you have 2 bad games you're done and need to retire.
Last couple of weeks we won -at least- 2 games because of him and what he brought to the table.
There're tons of games where he's coming off the bench when we're losing and return to the bench with the lead. Don't care about stats, when he's on the court Spurs play better.

When you are a 39 year old guard, you are almost instantly the worst defender in the game. Manu is close to that, not quick, giving up countless points gambling passing lanes and though his stats don't show it, throwing passes all over the place.

Hey random question, can anyone tell me Manu' s wingspan. I've been searching all day and can't find it.
