David Lee

His injury could make things a little more interesting this offseason. He has a PO for another year at the vet minimum before the injury it really looked like he'd be opting out and getting himself a better deal (dollar wise at the very least) now picking up that option and staying with us might be his best bet.

Does he pick up or decline that option this summer? Also do we want him back?

I think he will opt in. I am not sure how many offers he may have received last year before joining San Antonio, but i'm sure he received plenty that was more than the minimum he got from SA. No reason for him to opt out in order to get more money, no championship contenders have enough money in the first place to sign him.

If he opts out, then he doesn't care about winning more titles. I bet all of ya he is going to opt back in.

...Unless he wants to come back to Golden State at the minimum

Lee was one of the best, most consistent players on this team this year. If he's healthy I welcome him back.

If he stays, great. He's been a good player and is on the vet min...
