Seems like we have to have a dead quarter every game now. That's the quarter that takes us completely out of the game.

I've felt that way all season.

Edit: Udoka with the timely 4pt play. I'm liking Udoka more and more as the season goes on.

I hope we can find a way to match up against Seattle or Miami in the first roun, this year. Otherwise I think we'll be having an early exit.

Our offense is a significant problem.... props to the Lakers but I am more concerned with Manu being out. We have no flow in our set offense.

Manu isn't the answer, obviously missing his 19 ppg is big, but this offensive is extremely stagnant, the only good I can possibly see is that Popovich is not going to limit everyone's minutes in the playoffs.

I'm not surprised by today's loss, but I must say i'm worried about the Spurs' success in the playoffs. The Spurs have not been playing very well lately...I want them to repeat, but to be honest and realistic, I don't see it happening.

Well if we are not healthy I don't see us doing anything in the playoffs.

Unless Gino or TP can establish themselves as the goto person when we go into our scoring funks we are screwed. Duncan seems to be chucking the ball at the rim, heads it goes in / tails there's a 25% chance it goes in.

With all due respect to Gasol, TD should have played much better against him in the post.

Who do we look to when the game is on the line?

Is David Robinson available?

On a side note, a depressing thought:

32
34
26

That's how much we have scored in the 2nd half vs LA, Phx and Utah respectively. All playoff teams. All teams that we would need to beat to get to the Finals again.

Pathetic.

Bad game. When Tim's shot is not going down, things don't open up for everybody else. The result? Offense that's more stagnant than the water in 3rd world countries.

Along with Manu and Barry out. Even Horry, who was getting into a rhythm and had a handful of nice games for what he does.

I was surprised to see Horry play in that Kings game, becuase it was on the 2nd of a BTB.

based on past Ballings posts, i would have expected a post that focused on the need of the spurs to suck it up and find a way to win despite unavailable players.
