People calling us old in 2006 was just poor perspective and exaggeration... especially with how we lost to Dallas.

We just needed a few effective tweaks to the roster - and those were done in the off-season, showing up for that year.

Well ATL just tied the series... very impressive considering I would have bet several K if I was in Vegas for a C's Sweep.

Hawks win game 4!!! Series tied 2-2! Who'd a thunk it?

Can they pull of what would have to be the biggest upset in playoff history?

Great win by Atlanta

Joe Johnson was absolutely amazing, and Josh Smith was excellent in support... Childress (I love his rebounding), Horford, Bibby also had key games

How about the irony here - 2-2 series heading back to Boston, I love it.

Complete turn-around in quality of this series

Amazing, esp when you consider that they lost games 1 and 2 by a combined 42 points.

I'd love to see the Hawks beat the Celtics.

I'd be ecstatic to see ATL beat Boston. I doubt it will happen, but I can dream.

A few things about Boston

- Cassell has sucked so far in the playoffs... I don't expect this to continue, but he needs to be a factor for them.

- Their lack of somebody to guard the quicker wing-players has been exposed. Tony Allen can only play so much generally, and right now doesn't seem to be a real part of the rotation anyway (health, rhythm, I guess).

- Their reliance on the jumpshot more than some other teams (excluding Detroit) has been displayed.

Now obviously these won't be consistent factors, being a quality overall team, but they are weaknesses that are going to be there at times (like in the regular season). Only of course, it's emphasized in the playoffs.

I wonder what people will say about KG if his team loses in the first round. He should just retire. It would be even worse thanDirk's choke job.

Man that would be Awesome if the Hawks beat the Celtics. Man i'd have a hard time deciding which i enjoyed more out of the Patriots losing or the Celtics.

I still have to go with Boston to win, just because the Hawks aren't proven on the road, and especially in Boston.

An upset would just be insane, though... back to back 1/8 seed upsets on high 60-win teams, losing to athletic, energized, free-minded 8th seeds. All that Boston hype, excitement, and goodness would go to bed.

An upset of that magnitude would be insane considering the upgrades Boston went through last summer to improve their roster. If they lose in the first round to the Hawks, that will cripple their city and place a bad mark on their history.

I wouldn't count on the Hawks being able to win in Boston. But if they did win game 5, the Celtics would be done and that would be hilarious.

Speaking of "done", MAvs about to make it official. They hit a couple of 3's right now to pull within 8 with about 2 mins to go, and of course the genius that is Stack get a technical. He already has plans for this weekend I guess.

Is it safe to say that the Kidd and Shaq trades were failures now?
