2ND Q: SPURS 52 PACERS 54

We did well to bounce back this Q, scoring 10 more points for 31 while holding them to 25, so that's two Qs under 30 points for an opponent. Good hold.

Yes it's a make or miss game but we were better scrambling towards the end of the Q at our rim and hustling with outlet passes to already streaking ahead team mates.

We only have 5TOs to 15 assists so ball protection is good tonight. You can tell despite the cohesion being off a bit that there's extra juice in our lineup with Devin and Tre back. Better pace, more zip on the passes, more confidence.

We're only 2-15 from 3. WTF can you do? They're open shots, take them, except when they're one and done or worse one and none too early in the clock.

Everyone but Doug and Blake have scored. They have 3 and 2 attempts, respectively, and Sochan has 13 already, and then next starters with nearly half as many at 7 attempts. Then the other starters have 3 and 2 attempts. Sure thing pass ahead to the runner and cutter, and maybe the strategy is to exploit them down low, fine, but I would like to see us distribution the shots more.

Then bench has more balanced shot distribution Devin with 9 attempts is fine. We need to get Blake more involved.

Good work on the boards (it is 24-25 but we lead 6-3 on O boards). More cohesion, better sharing, keep up the movement, and get more physical.

That inbound where Sochan got blocked from behind is something he'll learn as one of those moments to fake then go up strong.
