Clippers:

We're looking for our 5th consecutive win on the season tonight against the Clippers. The Clippers are 1-7 this year and have been struggling with injuries and to add to those struggles they haven't been able to beat us in over 4 years. So lets keep that streak going tonight! If Eric Gordon plays we're going to have to contain him and not let him take over this game.

Kaman will be out for the Clippers, Eric Gordon is questionable and so is Baron Davis. Tony Parker will play tonight despite leaving monday's game with an aparent hip injury.

Go Spurs!!

Without Kaman and with Gordon and Davis questionable, Spurs should get an easy win, with the big 3 playing 25 minutes each and with a great defensive game.
I hope we don't underestimate the Clippers and play a good game.

This is shaping up to see Splitter's best performance of the year. He took a charge, scored on an and-1, good help defense and got a block, and is currently on the floor with Duncan and had an offensive rebound and would be an assist had Duncan knock down that 18 footer. He's doing good things all over the floor.

Spurs looking great so far although the defense looks suspect. Duncan's defense has slipped a lot more than I thought.

Too close a game considering they were missing Kaman, Davis and Gordon.

Duncan had "flu-like symptoms", hence the shortened minutes and lack of production. I don't think his D has regressed since last season, not as far as I can tell at least.

I love our outside shooting. It's going to win us some ball games this season.

Splitter looked a lot better in this game. I've got high hopes for him.

RJ with yet another amazing game! Every time he touches the ball you just know he's hitting the shot.

I've mentioned this in another thread, I'm loving that we're 6-1, but I feel that we haven't been tested yet. We've only beaten teams that we should beat and we're not dominating anyone. I want to see how we do against Boston, Orl, Mia, LAL to really see where we're at this season.

Yeah, i agree on that. We have a lot to work out and we haven't been tested yet, but it is good to win. Manu said something like that, and they are looking forward to the game on Sunday against OKC..
i'm worried about how many minutes Manu, Tony and Tim are playing.. arround 35 a game, that's a lot for our big 3 at this stage of the season..
I'm saying this now: Spurs are a better team with Splitter on court.

Splitter definitely had his best game of the season.

Pop tends to tinker with lineups and minute distribution in December, so expect some unusual rotations and fluctuating playing time for the Big 3.

The Thunder game will be our first real test.

Agreed on your point about Splitter, though I do like Dice out there as well, his long range J is money and it really spreads the floor.
