Arguably our best shooter. Is playing way over his head right now IMO. It's amazing how confident he is and judging by the recent Neal article, he even surprised himself with the way he plays this year. Shooting wise, he's got all the tools. 3 point shooting, midrange, and floaters.

The one thing he can improve on is his off the ball movements. I mean those Ray Allen/Reggie Miller/Michael Finley type curls off screen.

Another obviously is his passing. Neal does one hell of a job scoring the ball and being a scoring threat, but as far as creating and being a playmaker, it doesn't look like it's in his DNA. He'll make the simple pass like pump fake, drive it to the rim, and kick it out to an open shooter. But that really makes him strictly a SG. He doesn't have the size to play SF and not a good enough court vision/passing skills to play PG.

Amazing. The dude can shoot the ball and he plays some decent defense.

I was surprised to hear he was convicted of rape when he was younger, but the charges were dropped. It was mentioned by Mike Breen during the Knicks game a few weeks ago, and he claimed that's why Neal went and played overseas, to let it all blow over and get away from trouble for a while.

That really wasn't the reason he went overseas. The whole rape case pretty much forced him to go overseas. He was basically booted out of La Salle and after that he went to Towson, a very very small school in a small conference. After he graduated no NBA teams paided any attention to him because of his past and because he played for such a small program. Breen made it sound like he could of been in the league if wanted too, but the truth is no one wanted him.

How bad is Hill's injury? Neal is up to the task but nice getting Anderson back too.
