GT: Jazz vs. Spurs

Post#1 » by Nolan » Fri Apr 8, 2011 7:49 pm

When: 8:30 PM ET, April 9, 2011
Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX

Starting Lineups:

Jazz:
PG - Devin Harris
SG - C.J. Miles
SF - Gordon Hayward
PF - Paul Millsap
C - Al Jefferson

Spurs:
PG - Tony Parker
SG - Manu Ginobli
SF - Richard Jefferson
PF - Tim Duncan
C - Antonio McDyess

Well after our last win over the Kings we clinched 1st in the west so its going to be interesting to see what Pops does tommorrow night against the Jazz. Are we going to push for the #1 overall seed? or our we going to rest our veterans. Either the way the key to beating the Jazz is going to be stopping Millsap and Jefferson, if we stop them this should be an easy win.

Go Spurs!!

We split our season series with the Bulls, right? So what does that mean if it comes down to a tiebreaker for HCA through the playoffs?

Personally I'd rather rest our guys for the playoffs.

Dice is getting the night off tonight and Blair will be starting for him. So it looks like Pops will be resting guys rather than going for the number 1 overall seed.

Looks like we might just get the best of both: rest and HCA throughout. I still maintain that if we can beat the Lakers in the playoffs this year we can beat whoever comes out of the East.
