That might of been one of the dirtest plays i've ever seen in a basketball game. I know he was frustrated but you can't go around doing crap like that. I really hope they suspend him for this ****.

Lakers are a bunch of spoiled brats. Bynum and Artest pick on the smallest dude on the court? That's a punk move.

I don't know man.. I understand that it was a cheap shot and it was uncalled for, but sometimes I wish we have that sort of attitude in us. Barea was knifing to the rim over and over and over and over again and no one put a stop on it. That foul was uncalled for, but sometimes I hate how each and everyone of the Spurs is a nice guy. I want there to be atleast one ****. That's why I wanted Artest so much. To instill that toughness on the team.

And at this point, if we forget about what Duncan's done for this franchise, I would trade him for Bynum in a heartbeat. We need that size, strength, post game, and age.

I understand what you mean, we need another Horry esqe player to bring that edgyness. But there's a difference between a hard foul and a blatent cheap shot. And that was a blatent cheap shot, he went after the smallest guy on the court and hit him with a flying elbow to the midsection.

Also Artest is probably going to be on the block so he is an option for us. Maybe we dump RJ on them? But then again trading with the Lakers just seems so wierd.

Horry actually wasn't dirty or really all that edgy, his career unfortunately became defined by two things: clutch shooting in the playoffs (not a bad thing obviously) and his cheap shot hip check to Nash in the '07 playoffs.

I do agree that we probably need some toughness, at this point our toughest guy is Dice, and even he seems pretty nice.

I don't see us trading with the Lakers. When is the last time that happened?

He wasn't dirty but I always thought of him as an edgy player, he was know to commit the odd hard foul.

I really don't see us ever trading with the Lakers but I would love to have Artest.

I'm not a fan of Artest at all, I think he's absolutely useless offensively, where all he seems to do is either hoist unecessarily difficult shots or over-dribble, and he's regressed defensively to the point that he gets torched by quicker 3's, which is just about everyone at this point in his career.

Despite all this, he's probably more valuable than RJ.
