As much as I hate them, i've got nothing but respect for them for the way they've played throughout the playoffs. They deserve this, Dirk and Terry were nothing short of outstanding throughout the finals and the better team won.

Also I can't believe that the Heat quit like they did down the stretch in that game. It seemed like they were just throwing up shots and looking for the refs to bail them out. They looked like a bunch of inmature brats out there. If they want to win championships they're going to have to outwork teams, talent isn't everything.

Well done guys, as much as it hurts saying it as a spurs fan I'm stoked they won. They also walked over the heat down the stretch in miami to boot. Enjoy it mavs fans you guys deserved it.

I like everybody in the Mavs other than Terry.

My only wish is that the Mavs could won game 6 without Terry playing well. 18 points on 8-10 shooting? Damn. I'm just tired of him running his mouth. You know that it'll get even worse after this.

As weird as this is, I was rooting for Mavs and can't really explain why i'm even somewhat happy that they win.

Thank you guys. This was a long time coming, and very unexpected considering how up and down our year was. But hey, we will take it. We earned this one.

I'm really glad the Mavs wrapped this up, plus I'm $200 richer because of it.

Dallas were just amazing in these playoffs. How many people picked them to get eliminated by Portland in the first round (I'm ashamed to admit I did)? They swept the two-time champs and the heavily favored "Super" team along the way.

They've got giant man sized testes and they earned the crap out of this title. Major props to them and really happy for Dirk and Kidd, getting their championship cherries busted after being frustrated title virgins for so long.

If people can make beating the Heat an annual event, that's be even better.

Couldnt agree more.. That jet celebration he does just flat out gets my blood boiling!
