Davis Bertans has signed a deal with Partizan Belgrade that will run through 2015.

Bertans, who has his draft rights owned by the Spurs, recently left Union Olimpija.

Bertans is a playmaker and perimeter shooter who can handle both the small forward and power forward positions.

He stills needs a lot of work and I always figured he was 3 or 4 years away so I don't see a problem with it. When that contracts up he'll only be 22 and hopefully he'll be ready to make that next big jump.

Well I think it's a good place for him to develop - Partizan is known in Europe as a team which has developed many talented players and they made Jan Vesely into Top 10 pick in NBA draft.
