Sigh, this game had some positives, and some really annoying negatives for me.
Positives: Parker destroyed another team yet again
We won without having to play Timmy much
Ginobili played pretty well in his 20 minutes.
Splitter still looks good with no sign of dropping off
Negatives:We let another sub .300 team back into a game for the second straight time. Yeah, it was at their home arenas, but they're sub .300 and we're a .700 ballclub. That should not be happening.
Our defense looked poor in the 2nd half for the second straight game. I'm not worried about our offense, it's our defense that needs work. And it's gotten worse. Not good.
Green played some of the worst defense I'd ever seen on DeRozan in the 3rd quarter. He also did not make up for it during that stretch with offense (he was 0 for during DeRozan's scoring explosion). He did okay other than that stretch though.
Leonard had a really poor game.
The league seems to be beating up Duncan in the post lately, throwing elbows, hitting his knees, and horse collaring him. He has a black eye from the elbow shot he took from Wallace last night, which of course, wasn't even called a foul (and it happened after he fouled him across the arms, also not called).
Ginobili wasn't handling the ball too well today after handling it well yesterday. Strange.

Already 5 points and 7 assists with 2 minutes left in the 1st half. That's looking like another good game for him. Last night's game winner was incredible thou for those who tuned in. Simply awesome.
'Eh, I'm honestly very bored of all the Lin talk. Personally I can't wait until he sucks for a handful of games so I don't have to hear about it anymore. The only reason he's getting so much attention is because he's a Knick, which destroys any interest I could possibly have in it. If the NBA/ESPN covered every breakout star this way, it would be easier to enjoy what Lin is doing. . .but the fact that it's only because he's a New York player triggers the cynicism in me. . .making it impossible to like all the coverage that is only taking place since he's a favored-market player.
I'm happy for the guy, but I'm completely sick of the coverage he's getting. He's extremely overhyped right now. Good games against HORRIBLE teams with bad defenses and bad PGs. I will continue to ignore Lin until they start playing good teams. If he's good against them, I'll give him props. Just like I won't give the Knicks any props for their win streak since it's been against almost all scrubs.
