Ginobili, Splitter to miss two weeks

Manu Ginobili will be out two weeks with a left internal oblique strain.

Joining Ginobili on the Spurs injury list is backup center Tiago Splitter, who is dealing with a right calf strain.

The Spurs have won 11 straight games and are in second place behind the Thunder in the Western Conference.

This is good news for injury time out, though.... lot better than 4-5 weeks. Back soon after the break.
