Well the Suns have been eliminated and we've locked up the number one seed in the west so I can see both sides sitting most of their starters tonight.
Go Spurs!!

And we signed Derrick Byars. This game is going to look sooooo ugly. Let's send Nash home with a win. He deserves a win.

Patty Mills chucking up shots this game. He's really shooting the ball a lot. Share it my man... Share it.

Yeah Mills is a big time chucker. He definitely doesn't look to set guys up when he gets in there.

Oh man look at that.. Chants of "We Want Steve" in the arena. That's just awesome. Nash deserves that. That brought chills and a smile for me. But this feels a lot like a farewell.

I really don't get why Gentry don't let Steve come in. He even said he'll play Steve 4-5 minutes in the 4th quarter. There's 4 minutes left in the game now. Let the man back in.

What the hell? Just in for 30 seconds? The fans should continue chants of We Want Steve again. That's hardly enough.

Well, i didn't expect a win. 49-16 now. . .if the Bulls tank to the Cavs and we beat the Warriors tomorrow, we get HCA on them. I hope our bench can squeak out a win against the Warriors too. It'll be awesome to get another 50 win season despite there being 16 less games in the year!
Anyway, the Clippers blew it today. So the Grizzlies have HCA on them. There's about a 75% chance we'll see the Grizzlies in the 2nd round. . .so our first two rounds will be against the roughest teams in the league. Jazz, then Grizzlies. Great. I really didn't want to have to deal with both of the two dirty teams in the west, but I guess there's nothing that can be done about it.
Jazz: Spurs in 5.
Grizzlies: Depends on whether or not anyone gets injured against the Jazz. If we come out entirely healthy, I'll say Spurs in 5-6. Unless ZBo comes out with miracle ball again, Memphis won't be able to contain the SA onslaught.
OKC is gonna play the Nuggets in the first round. That's going to be such a boring series to watch with all the FTAs that are going to be had. The two teams that lead the NBA in FTAs and FTA disparity. If the Thunder get a big disparity in that series, we'll know the fix is in for the Thunder this year.

Yeah Jazz-Grizz, then LA/OKC is a tough road, but we'll have HCA in every series. I am concerned the toll Jefferson/Millsap/Favors then Z-Bo/Gasol - and if the Lakers advance - Gasol and Bynum will have on our bigs.
I'd of preferred Suns-Clips obviously, those would've been shorter series and less physical.

Yeah same here. The Charmin Suns are soft as hell. We would've just steamrolled them in 4 and had a week to prepare for round 2 and get in 2-3 hard practices. Clippers aren't beating Memphis now since they don't have HCA. . .sadly. The Clippers have had a good year, for the Clippers franchise. But they've just thrown away so many games and have played so poorly against all the "good teams". . .their record is fat on beating scrub teams. . .sorta similar to the Hawks how they have a good record each year but it's padded against bad teams. Clippers are better than the Hawks, but I don't think they're much better than a healthy Hawks tbh. Of all the supposed "contenders", they're the only one I can see getting blown out in multiple games of a series.
