Why hasnt Dejuan Blair played today?
I know he started most of the season. Is he injured?

Simply the odd man out on the big man rotation.

Re: Why hasnt Dejuan Blair played today?
I'll admit, the only annoying, questionable feeling about this team is that we don't have a third overly big player, or one with pretty good length at last... like we always had 2008 and prior - Oberto, Elson, Horry, Rasho, Willis, Nazr, Thomas (not as big as the others, but just enough)...
Splitter shouldn't be out for more than a game or two, or at least come back for next series, though. Just overall, would be nice for foul situations or injury situations like this to make the depth of size that much better for Duncan's support around the paint. But without that 3rd long big guy, makes the room for loss more sensitive in the effect of length available past Duncan, and can say Diaw to a certain level. It won't matter as much against the Jazz, even though it'd make the series a bit easier.
Fesenko and even Gadzuric were available, and we didn't pick one of them up... I think it's an absolute must that we get back to having three bigs with length on the roster next season. I don't care if they don't play consistently, it's just overall best to have.

Splitter took his minutes, and deservedly so. Blair's been a big letdown after such a strong rookie campaign.

Blair's got serious work to do this summer. I was one of his biggest supporters, but he's regressed this year.

Same, I'm done defending him. He's added nothing to his game at all.
