- We lack height, and hes our main tall guy (Splitter as number 2 says something)
- Anchors defense.
- Efficient and productive off the ball movement
- Leadership.
- Scores high percentage shots when we need them from the inside.
....As good as Parker is playing this year, i think TD is still our MVP.

Are we talking this year or just the playoffs? So far in the playoffs, I agree that Tim Duncan has played the best after seeing him put up offensive numbers, secure the boards, and even playing elite defense againts Big Al and Blake Griffin. Especially Blake, because I thought Diaw did a fine job, but Blake is exposed only when Duncan is on him.
But I think there's no denying that Parker was the team MVP during the season. And he's not exactly bad so far this postseason. He's a close #2 for team MVP. Parker has come up with incredible basket and when the game is on the line, it was Parker who closed things out with big baskets. Not to mention that it's his relentless attacking style that creates open shots for everybody.

Totally agree with Co. So far in the playoffs TD's been our MVP but you can't argue against the Parker being our regular season MVP.

tony parker is definitely the regular season but as far as being anchor is concerned (in the playoffs), timmy is the definite mvp.

I think the spurs much more than any other team got to this point with more than 1 player. I guess if you had to point to one guy Parker is probably the man but Duncan and Ginobili have been valuable in this run as always.

Gotta love TD has produced the goods when we needed him true champion of the game. But Tony Parker was the hero of the season so far.
Great regular season and had good playoff production too.
Nice bounce back from him esp considering the comments made by him in the offseason and all the trade rumors
