Splitter Sucks

Post#1 » by Donald Kaufman » Fri Jun 15, 2012 5:04 pm

Yeah, so Tiago Splitter is a **** basketball player...who's with me? He sucks. He gets the ball and does nothing with it once he gets it. I'd sooner play Blair over him. What can we get for him in a trade?

somebody is mad

And no, i don't agree with you
Shaq on Duncan:SA won because of TD, a guy I could never break.I could talk trash to Ewing, get in D-Rob's face, get a rise out of Mourning, but when I went at Tim he’d look at me like he was bored and say:“Hey,Shaq, watch this shot right off the glass.”

Definitely don't agree with you. He's a high energy guy that rebounds, hustles, plays great defense and can score a bit.

I think Splitter is a servicable starting Center in the NBA. Not likely to be an NBA Star.

I really hope we have a shorten rotation next year. Duncan will likely get his regular 27-28 minutes. I want a 4 man bigs rotation. Nothing more. Bonner should be out of here. As good a shooter as he is, he needs to be atleast be decent in something else.

Duncan-Splitter-Diaw-Blair. I'm hoping we can get KG here. I honestly feel like we have a chance if Boston blows the team up. We should be number one on his list.

I guess I expected more from him in the playoffs, particularly the WCF where I thought he was disappointing. He's not assertive enough on offense for the skillset that he has IMO. Admittedly, he and Manu seem to play well together, though that's more attributed to Manu's BBIQ than anything that Splitter does.

Maybe I'm being too harsh, he has improved dramatically on what he was in his rookie year, so maybe I need to temper my expectations of him.

He's definitely a capable big on both ends, but definitely was out of it against OKC... good experience for him if anything.
