Looks like he is the top choice to be the next Magic's Head Coach. What can we expect from him? Os and Xs? Player's coach? Defensive minded?

Well from what i've seem of his coaching style during summer league it looks like he's all about defense. But then again its just summer league and Vaughn really hasn't had any legit coaching experience outside of it.
