What are your thoughts? Another point guard or a shot blocker theres still afew out there to be had. Maybe the FO has a bigger plan for the off season.

Bo is a top 10 PG in this league. No question about it. He is simply an amazing player, with a fantastic combination of BBIQ and atleticism.

There's no need for another PG, unless a trade is coming.. We have Parker, Mills, Neal and De Colo..

This report has me intrigued. I agree it makes no sense to go to all this trouble to sign him if he is going to be buried at the end of the bench. If he is going to play, why did we waste money on de colo or mills.
If we are seriously pursuing him there has to be trade coming.

When you can get Bo, the for sure, Rookie of Year when he come, it doesn't matter if you have Mills or De Colo.....you have to sign him. Spurs are best w/ this kinda talent, only issue is finding time since there's Parker

It's these kinds of response that makes me roll my eyes about international guys we're drafting/signing. You kinda wish to get a good scouting report from someone who is actually a fan of the player, but whenever they say something, it's always nonsense. They're the last person anyone should trust when it comes to giving out scouting report. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but they tend to be either under age/have no real basketball knowledge/simply delusional. But it's always one of those three. We've had so many of these type of bull over the years because of all the international draftees/FA interests we get.

Few thoughts on this
1. If hes top 10 why has no one picked him up
2. How u win roy sitting behind 4 pgs and pop lol
3. Why have 8 gs on our roster
If hes that good sign him and trade for a big imo anyway hope its money well spent

REALLY bro? I ain't under age, I am mid-20's in graduate school, I know basketball very much so, I am sure more than you....and I am a fan so maybe delousional, but what you want me to say? He's a great PG.....his only negative is that he's undersized by so is Ty Lawson.

Now there is ALL you need to make an inform call yourself, I have watched maybe 60% of his games since College, including Euroleague games so when I speak, it's not delusional.....but you can watch yourself since I am SO bias

ALso, if you think just because De Colo and Mills are there they will be #2 guard you are losing your mind.....Spurs will pay him at least 4 milion per year....Mills no where near 4 milion per year. Pop may make it hard, but if you know Bo, you know he will ball HARD

Spurs won't add another PG

They have Parker, Nando, Mills and Joseph. Quite honestly, Spurs won't change jack anymore. They will probably waive Byars before his contract becomes guaranteed and that's it.

SAS is going to the next season with:

Parker/Nando/Mills/Cory
Manu/Green/Neal
Leonard/S-Jax
Diaw/Blair/Bonner
TD / Splitter

Denmon will probably spend a few season in Europe before he joins SA. There's a rumor a French team is really interested.

Never heard of Bo... but if we get him, we need to deal away one of the back-up small guards...

This team still needs more length around the basket... Spurs (and most playoff teams) are at their best when they have three bigs with length to play inside. Look at 2008 and prior teams... yes, some different and a bit unique players on those teams, but still, the SIZE was there... it's dwindled since 2008 with more undersized support bigs for Tim... and out of all times when Tim's slowly dropped off and has needed more help to help defend the paint. Why is this? I don't know and there is never a legit answer other than FO incompetence.

Kenyon Martin is somebody we should target... now is the biggest player? No, contradictary to what I've been stating, but he does have a good wing-span and still is very agile to help defend around the perimeter and recover to the paint and help. His mobility + tenacity + wing-span makes up for a lack of overall size, he'd be our best pick and roll defender since Horry and Rose, and is a consistent threat to block a shot. Plus he'll be decent on the glass. Role significance and moreso money probably won't let us sign him, but who knows...

If not him, then someone like Darko, Fesenko, Turiaf would be a nice addition to complete the off-season and rotation. Eventually getting rid of Blair or Bonner.

If Bo is a great NBA player, I'd be glad to get a PG that is much better than Mills, Neal, De Colo and Joseph.. But we need to do something with our roster, cause having to many PGs is nonsense..

Everybody knows we need a big guy.. Interior defense, shot blocking why not scoring big. Maybe Lorbek wasn't the answer, but he is a talented big.. Anyways, we couldn't get him, so we need to look for someone else.. A trade is coming?

Well to be honest as far as international players go i could go back through my posting history and c+p all the predictions of international players and how they came true. Almost hitting the exact amount of pts and rbds on more then a few occasions. But sadly this site doesn't allow it.

So let me just make a few examples of my predictions that were laughed at at the time.

I said Pek was going to be a 14/8 on great % player if he get more then 25min per game - TRUE
I said Jianlian was gonna be a bust - True
I said Gallinari would be a great player - True
I said Marc Gasol would be a 16/8 player - True
I said Dragic would be a 15/8/4 player given starting minutes - True (even if it did seem i was gonna be wrong on that one at first)
I said Rubio was gonna be great but suck on offense - True
I said Mozgov was gonna be nothing more then a servicable C

Just to name a few.

Only prediction i was wrong about up until now was Roko Ukic.

Future predicitions:
Batum is going to be a max player
Asik will never be anyting more then a good defensive C

So yeah i am fairly certain of my predictions. Given starter minutes Bo is a 22/7/3 player.

And yeah if you have to go thair, i'm in my late 20s watch every Euroleague game i can, and every NBA game i can. I played basketball for 15 years so i know how the game is played a bit, plus i kind of have a feel for gouging out talent. I always had.

Bo has everything a NBA PG needs. He is unbelievably fast, i mean probablly top 5 in the NBA. He is explosive as hell probablly top 3 in the NBA, he has amazing body control, elite atletisism, he is unbelievable at getting to the basket, even in Europe where the lane is cloged up much much more then it is in the NBA and with bigeger bodies. Slashers usually have a horendous time in the EL but not him. He uses his body when he penetrates, he has an OK shot, he has enough NBA 3pt range to keep the denfeder honest, and his best feature is his BBIQ.

Oh and also he imrpoves his game every year. When he cam into the EL he had no 3pt range to speak of. He shot 22% from beyond the arc and 75% from the FT line. The next season he was 44% from the 3pt line and 88% from the FT line, and last season he was 53% from beyond the arc and 64% for 2 . His first season he avraged 2.5 TO per game last season it was 1.5...

The only reason why he isn't playing in the NBA is:
a) EL teams are throwing a lot of money at him (MLE NBA money)
b) NBA teams are reluctant to pick him up, because of what i wrote under a) they would have to throw more then they are comfortable with. He is small and unknown in the NBA so most teams play it safe.

I don't believe he will play in the NBA any time soon though. Simply because it would take too much for an NBA team to sign him, because the minute Siena will be willing to part with him will be the minute CSKA, PAO and Barca will offer him a huge contract.

IMO if you got Bo he would only be on your roster for a season if that. The Spurs FO is smart enough to expose Bo to the NBA get his price up and then trade him for something good. As far as backups go De Colo will do fine. He is nt starter material in the NBA but he is a very nice player that will not hurt you when he is on the floor.

I failed because I don't know SAS cap situation? PLEASE! I am sure it's a smoke screen now because me make over 2mil in Europe now and had a 4.7mil offer already in NBA.
