Rewind back to July: Spurs Offseason

This is for fantasy purposes. I am currently joining a league where we start in the offseason. Would you change anything? In that, I mean, what will you do differently?
How high will you go to match Danny Green's contract had he got more than the 4 mil per year he's agreed to. Same with Patty.
Will you resign Diaw for 2 years 9 mil? Since Diaw's contract was signed using the MLE, would you have gone after different Free Agents for the MLE?
Will you bring De Colo to the NBA as opposed to signing a veteran PG with the veteran minimum?
Would you have amnestied someone on the team?
Chip in, I'd like to know what you would do differently or if you wouldn't have it any other way.

Here's my Plan A for summer.
Resign Tim Duncan. 3 year 30 mil, player option 3rd year. Just like IRL.
Danny Green will be offered the same 3 year 12 mil deal. Anything more, I'll see what offers he get. I'm willing to match it all the way up to 5 million, as long as it's still 3 years. My limit is, if he's getting 3 years, I'll go as high as 5 mil a year. If he's getting 4-5 years, I'll match it all the way to 4 mil a year.
Patty Mills is not a priority for me. My plan for him is as a third string PG. I'll focus on bringing in a veteran PG using the Bi-annual exception worth 1.7 million. Right now my plan A is Kirk Hinrich. Earl Watson is fine for me too. Or CJ Watson. or Derek Fisher. We're young enough at that position. Plus, Patty is restricted and I really doubt he's gonna get something much. I'm likely not matching any offers above 2 mil.
I'm want to go after Garnett first hoping that whoever runs Boston decide to rebuild if Ray Allen still bolts. So Garnett is my first choice. And then I really want Marcus Camby here. After that, I'll settle for Diaw. But my guess feeling is that by then, Diaw will look elsewhere for a job. So there is the risk of missing out on all three.
I plan on amnestying Matt Bonner. he's paid over 3 mil next year and has a partial guarantee for next year. Still, I don't want him in the rotation and his ratings sucks like hell in video games anyway. 2k12 has him rated 51 damn it. Even veteran bigs who get minimum contracts are usually rated 64-65. Bonner is at 51. I don't want him and I believe Blair should get more minutes.
And I don't plan on trading Blair unless I get a big man in return. That's gonna be hard because at this point, I only have Duncan, Splitter, and Blair. depending on whether I can get Garnett/Camby, I am not trading Blair. It's not likely I get equal value in return anyways.
I will not bring in De Colo. The future PG position will be filled by next year's draft selection hopefully. Plus, Cory Joseph is still on the team and there's a good chance I'll match Patty's offer.
I'm not looking to spend big money on unknown foreign guys either like Lorbek. Let's be honest, the ratings aren't going to be nice to unknown rookie foreigners.
if Plan A goes perfectly...
C: Duncan / Splitter
PF: Garnett / Blair
SF: Leonard / Sjax / Byars
SG: Manu / Green / Neal
PG: Parker / Hinrich / Mills / Joseph

I wouldn't amnesty Bon-Bon right away. Consider a S&T with Boston - if you can get Garnett for a MLE level offer - S&T Bonner, Blair, and Byars + a first will actually allow a slightly more than MLE offer to Garnett, putting you ahead of the pack if Boston decides to rebuild (BOS gets 2 useful assets for their rebuild, Blair +1 st, Byars is unguaranteed, and Bonner is only partially guaranteed next year).
My 2nd big man target would be AK-47. I'd like him more than Camby. Really we need a PF not a C, as Duncan/Splitter is pretty good at C. IF you get Camby, you have to consider moving Splitter for something, as Duncan/Camby/Splitter would be very crowded at C (and no, Duncan - Camby won't work as a PF/C pairing. Duncan-Garnett would, but Garnett has always been more comfortable, both on O and D, as a perimeter guy compared to Camby.)

Right, here's one issue with the Bonner amnesty. It has to be done before the start of Free Agency.
If you look at our cap situation right now IRL with Diaw signing 4.5 mil a year, Green 4 mil a year, and Patty 1.5 mil a year. We're like cents away from the luxury tax. That's likely it for us.
What amnestying Bonner does on my league is a few.
1. The draft picks are reset which means I own the 30th pick. It opens up atleast extra money to sign whoever I drafted.
2. It allows me to use the full MLE (5 million) to say Garnett/AK/Camby in addition to the Bi-Annual Exception (1.7 mil).
3. It gives me extra money in case Danny Green gets an offer bigger than the 4 mil a year.
At the same time, I'm in discussion of trading Blair and Bonner for Udonis Haslem. Miami apparently is trying to cut costs. I'm thinking of doing that trade.
