Can't even blame the defense for the loss.

Monroe is a big dude. And he played like one. Extremely aggresive and physical tonight. And I mean Detroit was just making shots after shots. And a side note, I really like Jose Calderon. Still don't really get why Raptor fans hate him so much, but the guy is just really really solid.

Kawhi, I'm quite impressed with him on this game. He's pretty aggresive in terms of taking the ball to the hoop and I even remember him posting up a few times. I'm gonna keep saying this, but I hope Kawhi works on his post game. With his size, length, hand, and a knack for making close shots, this got to be one of his strength. It's the one area of his offensive game that I would say look decent. If he works at it, it can be great. But if he's working on things like ball handling and mid range jumpers (things he's extremely awful at), then his post up game doesn't improve, and even if those ballhandling skills and jumpers improve, it'll be a long time before it actually become decent.

Work on something you're good at, and make it great. Then you can work on other things. He can't just be a player who does everything decently. You gotta be great at something.

That was an amazing trade for DET

Calderon is a good starting material PG. 8 assists with 0 TO. That's what a PG has to do. And yeah, we missed Duncan a lot. Monroe cannot cause so many troubles like yesterday when Timmy is playing.

The only thing I complain is Leonard's PT. There's 0 reason to play Leonard only 26 minutes when we're missing Duncan/Manu. Jack has been playing like **** for a long time, even though we all know he coasts a bit in the RS.

What chance Parker suits up?
