I hope the Spurs remember the butt kicking we got 2 years ago by them. Randolph won't be a surprise this time.
Same formula as any series against us, If SA can control Memphis scoring somewhat, they will win. If Memphis has a free-for-all offensively like 2 years ago, or OKC did last year, we are toast.

Well, it's not like Z-Bo suddenly became a good player in 2011. He was decent before then too. But he did kill it in those playoffs.

This will be a tough, physical series. I honestly have no idea how this is going to play out. Conley's playing great, and he owned us in the 2011 series. Splitter and Duncan will have their hands full, I'm thinking TD might have a quiet series. We'll live and die by Parker me thinks.

RED MAMBA!!!!

Great game today, we were lights out from 3 and played our loosest game in the playoffs. We just looked comfortable out there. Flash back to G1 of the GS series and we were scrambling just to get the last second win.

We really limited Z-Bo. TD didn't do much offensively as I expected but he crashed the boards and played great D.

Loved this performance but as Zaza Pachulia says "nothing easy". We were here last year and lost a 2-0 series lead. Plus the Grizz lost the first 2 against LAC and won 4 straight, then lost the opener to OKC and won 4 straight. We know what they're capable of. They're tough and gritty and don't give up.

If you find a way of getting to the NBA finals I don't see Miami stopping you.

It was a great win indeed. Would it be too much to ask for 3 more of those please?

Yes, I know that's not going to happen. Grizz will come out like gangbusters tomorrow....

Well we won't shoot the lights out like we did in G1, but I'm wondering where the Grizz are going to get their offense from. Even if Z-Bo shows up I still don't see how they're going to score enough to beat us.

Same formula as game 1. Control their scoring = win. Let them have a field day offensively and it will be 1-1.
I doubt we shoot as well as we did in in the first game but I think we can take advantage of Memphis exaggerated attention to stopping the 3 tonight by driving to the basket or making extra passes.
We will go through our usual 5-8 minute span offensively where we couldn't score against a high school team.(happens every single game with us for some reason) If we don't let it get out of hand at that point we will be good.

This game is exactly what I thought this series would be. A tough, gritty defensive battle.

Almost coughed that game up but I'll take it.

I hope Tony Allen is ok after getting shot in the head by that sniper rifle :D

Tmac should be coming off the bench as the 6th man at the least, you don't like a 2 time scoring champ, 7 time all-star rot on the bench!

That should not have been called a flagrant on Manu. Exact same play in ECF Game 1 (Mahinmi on James, from memory) and James just shot free throws. No flagrant.

And we shouldn't of dropped that lead. They almost stole one. Onto the Grindhouse.

I don't mind the flagrant call, but I thought the league was trying to stop ridiculous flopping. It should have been a flagrant 1 on Manu, and a tech on Allen for flopping.

Allen grabbed his head despite no contact to it, not by Manu or the hardwood. Definitely should've got called out for flopping.

Get Prince's Hot Chicken.

EDIT: PHC is in Nashville, not Memphis. My bad.
