I'll admit that i've had my doubts about his ability to take his game to the next level but he looked like a rising star this series and the fact that he did it on the biggest stage says a whole lot about the kid.
Losing sucks but this kids play is a huge positive we take with us into next season.
So are the rest of you with me?

Are Duncan, manu, and parker even gonna be here next season? This playoff run looks like the end of an era. Duncan will retire and ginobili is probably right up there with him.

Duncan's not retiring, Parker's only 31 and I doubt Manu wants to go out like that so i'm guessing he'll come back for at least one more season. Also this isn't the place to discuss this topic.

Next season's gonna be interesting. I think Duncan and Parker will be back. I'm not sure about Manu, though. He had a golden chance to make up for Game 6, but didn't come through. I don't think the Spurs will be back in the Finals next year to give him a chance to make it up. I think he's done in the NBA. I can see him playing a season in Argentina, then retiring from pro basketball. And also maybe one more run with the National Team.

Would you guys even entertain the idea of Pau for a package built around Kawhi? Obviously we'd take on any contracts we need to for the numbers to work. I've always thought a Pau/Duncan frontcourt would be unbelievable to watch.. I know you already have cap flexibility but you gain even more with Pau's huge expiring. Maybe we could throw in Jordan Hill if Pau alone doesn't get it done.
