When: 8:30 PM ET, November 23, 2013
Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX

We're coming off a big win in Memphis to face the young and talented Cav's at home.

This one could be a tough one for us after a very physical game in Memphis.

Go Spurs!!

I'm predicting a close one :D

Like I said yesterday, I think we focus more on the road than we do at home. Cleveland did play last night as well so both teams could be sluggish.

And the games blacked out for no apparent reason.

Pop is making me extremely nervous about my bet on this game. He went to the bench too early in the 2nd half. The Cavs are slowly making a comeback.

What was your bet? That the Spur's were gonna double up on them?

Pop soo classy. He could pick any Cav for those free throws and asked Woodson who he should pick :D

Spurs -10.5

I'm nervous because I had the Trail Blazers against the Bulls last night and they were down by 21 points at the half. I thought I had the game loss, next thing you know the Trail Blazers were up by 7 at the end of the 3rd quarter.

9.5 minutes is a long time with the end of our bench playing. They seem to be doing ok though.

Yeah their hanging in there. I didn't know the Spurs had 3rd string guys that were so good. I know Joseph because he's Canadian, but Nano and Baynes are pretty good.

Have you seen Golden State's 2nd string bench? Besides from Speights and Green, the rest are HORRIBLE. I had a 2nd half bet with Golden State and I saw a 23 point lead depleted to a 10 point lead at the end of the game.

The balance on offense has been amazing. We've scored 120 points so far and only 4 guys have broken double digits and no one has more than 17.

What's weird is that we're on a ten game win streak and I don't think we're playing particularly well.

We just ripped the Cavs apart. Bynum looked good for them. He's got every move in the big man playbook down to a fine art. Duhwight should watch some of his tape to get some pointers.

I like Baynes better than Ayres. Baynes is a big body and uses it well.

Some highlights from the second half.

The big three acting like a bunch of 12 year olds:

And Matt Bonner channeling his inner Magic:

Image

Bonner on the play:

“Yeah, we both kinda had the ball. It’s rare when I actually get a rebound. I called an iso for me, obviously. I would have dribbled through everybody and dunked it, but, unfortunately, Tony came back and got the ball. He ruined it. I would have been number one on the top ten at ESPN.”

Pop's reaction:

“He likes to screw with me once in a while. Get his teammates laughing because he knows I’m going to jump up off my seat.”

I feel the same way. I just haven't seen the offense or defense perform at that high level yet, but it is still early.
