So i'll admit at the begining of the season I was one of Jeff Ayres biggest critics. The guy couldn't catch a pass, was useless on offense, wasn't rebounding and his defense wasn't all that great.

But since Tiago went down Jeff's been beyond solid, he's dunking everything, playing great defense and he's CATCHING the damn ball.

So sorry for doubting you Jeff your begining to fit in nicely here.

Athletic big that knows exactly what he needs to do and does it. I love it when the spurs find these kind of guys

I'm impressed to a certain extent. From where he WAS to where is he is now it's like a different player. But the acid test will be in the post-season.

But yeah, i like what i see at the moment.

He definitely got better (not really difficult to improve considering the pathetic way he was playing before) , but he is still a scrub to me.

SA should not have given him more then the MIN. He is not worth more than that.

It remains to be seen if we can rely on him for minutes in the spring. I'll admit he has been playing much better though. I'm rooting for him.
