Game 2 and it sounds like Leonard will be back for this one. Hopefully we can build on our solid opening performance and knock off a very good Suns team.

I hope Pop sits the entire team and uses the Austin Spurs roster tonight as a big FU to the Suns owner. I'll pay the league fine for him if he does that :D

Kawhi is back for this one. Let's roll those Suns like the old days!

Interesting... I have a hunch that this is a loss for us.

It's the Suns' first home game.

It's their second game of the season, so I'll say that they won't have that rust factor like how lots of teams play their first game very nervous.

Againts NBA Champions, so that's another extra motivation for Phoenix and we have to match their intensity.

Kawhi's first game and he's bound to be a little rusty.

Duncan/Parker/Manu had pretty good games againts Dallas. I doubt all 3 shows up again. Best bet is only 2 show up. And with no Splitter and no Patty, we might not have enough guys showing up for this game.

And judging from first game, I'm not liking Diaw. Diaw's back to his pass first mentality againts Dallas instead of that scoring mentality that somehow showed up last year.

It's not our first home game, as the Laker game was in Phoenix too. We will be very motivated though.

If no one wears a chicken suit tonight, I will be very disappointed.

I don't know how that guy did it. It was 90F out that day and he was in line right next to me and I was sweating my balls off in shorts and a T-shirt.

Wasn't expecting Daye in the starting lineup. I guess he matches up better with the Morris bro's than Bonner.

Good defense so far but the offense has been sub par.

Ayres comes in and ends up -11 losing our entire lead. Coincidence? I think not...

Officiating is embarrassing. Look at this ref. Look how fast he counts 4 and 5.

Don't blame the ref for Diaw holding onto the ball for longer then 5 seconds.

Stay on topic, don't immediately get defensive. The video shows this ref fast counting. If you want to discuss that, fine. Diaw holding the ball for 5 seconds really does not matter If the ref counts 4 and 5 like he just did.

When I looked at the time stamp on the video he started counting at 7 and called the foul at 13....

So maybe it was 6 seconds after all!

I think he counted the first 3 seconds pretty slow and last two a bit quicker so it may seem deceiving.

Or I am a biased suns fan...who knows....

Good game.

I get what your saying but the refs usually go by their hand count rather than the actual time.

It doesn't matter either way, that play isn't what lost us the game we made plently of mistakes prior to that.
