We've had a few days to rest and regroup after a very sloppy performance against the Suns so hopefully we can bounce back with a good performance against coach Bub and his talented and deep Hawks team.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm sure the team isn't complaining but its really weird.

It's good for us I guess, but I just can't recall a break this big in a season outside of all-star weekend.

Not liking the rotations at all. Joseph and Ayres together is not nice, though CoJo is having a decent game. Also, just realized Coach Bud never got that finals 2013 redemption, sucks for him.

Spurs win!! Tight 4th quarter but we managed to close it out, barely but it's a win.

Ugly win for these turnover happy Spurs. A win is a win, but if we took care of the rock we'd be killing teams. I also really don't like how Pop is dealing with Kawhi.

25 years to the day since Admiral made his debut vs Magic's Lakers. Nice clip at the start of this game. I watched that game live and wore it out on VHS I watched it so many times. I'm old.

Anyhow, we look kinda flat to start the year. We're finishing games because that's what we do and we're the best at closing out tight games.

Side note: I don't like the NBA logo on the back of the jerseys instead of the chest. Looks weird to me. And I find the gold patches to signify title winners distracting. I feel like Silver is doing some changes just to mark his territory instead of actual benefiting the NBA. Plus it doesn't feel right that the Hawks get a gold badge. They have one championship that they won in 1958. There should be a minimum no. of titles or at least a period of time where it's relevant. Either way, the Hawks should be out.
