GT: Spurs vs. Knicks

When: 7:30 PM ET, March 17, 2015
Where: Madison Square Garden, New York, NY
Even without Manu this should be an easy win. We just have to come out and establish the pace of the game and play at our level not down to theirs.
Go Spurs!!

I saw the Knicks in person a few weeks ago and I said then that I would be surprised if they won another game all season. What a horrible roster. Well they won that night and 2 more since, so we will have to put fourth a decent effort to get a win.
We need to focus on getting these next 3 before the gauntlet of Atlanta, Dallas(x2),OKC and Memphis coming up at the end of the month.

Weird rotations that quarter. It looks like Pop is giving Reggie the lefty Manu's minutes.
Really not loving the defensive intensity in this game this far.

What a sort of bad half. 1/6 from three? That was bad. Kawhi getting taken to the rim by Shved a bunch was off putting.
Tony continues his great play, which is a bright spot. Plus Splitter is killing it. If we are going to let Bonner pass up three after three for some of his brand of street ball, Pop should play KA.

Damn... I hate close games against bad teams, but it's a good gut-check test for the good guys.

So true. Just ridiculous to be playing Bonner ahead of Anderson against the knicks.

Derrick Fisher is going to lace up and drain a 3 to beat us...

Missing FT's again Kawhi then the final shot! It would be a lot of poop if the Spurs choke this one away!

Choke city. Absolutely embarrassing. No positives out of this one.

This is a disgrace. Hate to watch this kind of (no) effort.
Btw, i love Kawhi, but he's unclutch (on offense). Not only with the FT, but shooting and executing. A couple of Manu-TD plays he tried to do were badly executed.

Pistons lost to them the exact same way.

I'm just gonna forget that this ever happened and move onto the next one. Pathetic.

Oh, God...
...no silver lining here. Tomorrow's going to be a frustrating day; it always is after games like this one.
I thought of ONE silver lining in retrospect: at least we probably won't meet the Knicks in the Finals.

Well, it's a let down. But this year I expect every opponent to have more intensity than us with the bullseye on our back and teams circling the Spurs on their calender. It's unreal seeing the effort teams have playing againts us. I don't recall this in our previous years after a championship. We were always overlooked even after we win the title. This year, it's like everyone is really onto us.
