West has said that he's willing to take the vet min for a chance at a ring so I guess anything is possible. He'd be a perfect addition to our frontcourt.

David West is not a vet min player
He can get more than Paul Pierce.
He should be able to get more than Ed Davis.
David West value has got to be ahead of Rolo or close to it.

The guy I really hope we can grab is Rasual Butler. He'd be a great Marco replacement.

You guys ain't playing this year.
I really want to hate on it and LMA and stupid Duncan and Manu for not retiring but what can I say? There is a reason you guys are the class organization of the Association.

David West has agreed to sign with the San Antonio Spurs, becoming the latest big-name player to join San Antonio this offseason.

Ha ha... I always disliked him. For some reason, a lot of that disdain has vanished rather quickly in the last few minutes...

Perfect backup to LMA. A little worried about depth at Center still. Unless Pop goes with a smaller lineup w/ Timmy out.

Helleva pick up by the Spurs. West should provide toughness, rebounding, and some offense to help the Spurs win games. For him to turn down a good chunk of money to go to a team that has practically catapult themselves to go further into the playoffs once again speaks volumes.

LMA might not like playing Center, but he's gonna have to play it this year even though it's not full time.
