I like that it wasn't a big deal. Its just a number and if Aldridge felt better about wearing it, then fine.

I don't think it's really a big deal, Bowen's a big part of our franchise history but it's not like he's George Gervin or David Robinson so I really don't see why him giving up his number would be a big deal.

Doesn't bother me nor should it Bruce. But if I was Aldridge I would have respected the retirement and chosen a new number.
