GT: Spurs vs. Bucks

Post#1 » by Nolan » Mon Jan 4, 2016 5:41 am

When: Jan 4th, 2016 6:00 PM MT
Where: BMO Harris Bradley Center, Milwaukee WI

No Tony Parker for this one but we can't use that as an excuse. This is still a very winnable game for us.

Go Spurs!!

If he did I hope he doesn't have any plans on returning it.

KL cant get a call on t he offensive end,

getting double, triple and closing the lane onto kawhi, allowing simmons cut to the rim ...

Good win. The 1st quarter and the first half of the 2nd quarter were a little rough but after that it was business as usual.

Simmons looked great, Kawhi struggled a bit with the double teams but he had a great 2nd half, Duncan was Duncan, Manu gave us exactly what we needed and LMA was solid.

Simmons is such a great find and can really play. Gives us something we really have in no other player with his slashing and tough, athletic attacking.

Green really is a scrub, I have been up and down on him since being with the Spurs and really thought after last year he had risen to the next level but something is just off. How can someone make it this far professionally without learning how to dribble? He looks so tentative doing EVERYTHING but taking an open shot. He looks like it's a lot of lack of ability but also a lot of mental confidence lacking too. I don't get it.

I guess the positive it that it's giving others a chance to shine and even more, that if he ever has a good game it just means we'll win by even more lol.

And I know this won't be a popular comment because he is a nice, likeable guy but Kyle Anderson looks out of his league for the most part this year. I think he really needs to become a great open three point shooter to allow the rest of his game to be worthwhile to have him out there. He's young and he should really get better but it's hard to see him even getting to Diaw's offensive ability.

Just looked at Dannys season stats...not doing that again for a few months.
