USA Basketball announced 30 finalists for the men’s national team that will compete at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. As expected, a pair of Spurs players made the list.

Power forward LaMarcus Aldridge and small forward Kawhi Leonard are among the pool of players from which the final roster will be assembled. That 12-man roster is to be announced later this year.

Aldridge and Leonard have participated in Team USA camps before, but have yet to participate in international competition.

The summer games will mark the swan song for Mike Krzyzewski, who will step down as Team USA coach after Rio, to be replaced by Spurs coach Gregg Popovich.

I honestly can't see LMA making the team and I also can't see Kawhi not making the final cut.

What do you guys think?

All i know is that the yanks are STACKED. You ever tried watching the British basketball team play? Jesus it's horrible.

I mean seriously how the **** do you pick 12 out of that lot? Share the wealth USA damn

Blatt will be looking for a job. Maybe you could get him to coach the British team. He has had success in In aeurope.
