GT: Spurs vs. Mavericks

When: 6:00 PM MT Apr. 13th 2016
Where: American Airlines Center, Dallas TX

Last game of the regular season. This one really doesn't mean much to us and it sounds like the starters will be sitting, but this could be a big game for the Mav's. A win could potentially but them in 5th place.

Looks like we are going to get Memphis in the playoffs. Not that it matters but probably the most favorable of the possible matchups.

He is looking comfortable out there, proof that these 'resting' games really are beneficial.

Likewise for Simmons. If he can really improve his three point shooting he will be deadly and should be our starting SG next year. His ability to drive and finish around defenders is superb.

Good to see Boris back.

And Kyle Anderson looks like a different player when he is looking to score. Such a big difference in what he brings to the team.

We are back in this one from 18 down at the half. Great effort!

Simmons looking so good.

I know the game meant nothing to our standings but great win! Great effort by the second unit, career highs for Boban and Simmons.

The stat I was surprised about, they said something like since 2011 Dirk is only averaging 14pts VS the Spurs, shows we know how to defend him.

Bring on the playoffs!

Elsewhere, Miami imploded in their game VS Celtics, outscored 25-5 in the 3rd. Yikes!

Who wins the tiebreaker between Memphis and Dallas? We might have just given ourselves Dallas in the first round instead.

I think I read Grizz were 1-3 vs Dallas so looks like we got Grizz first round.

Great win by the bench, Boban, Simmons and Anderson were all very good in this one.
