Series starts on the 17th and it should be (and better be) a quick one.

With all the injuries the Grizzlies have this should be an easy series for us. We can't play down to their level and we have to come out in game and establish the level of play on both ends and the pace.

Stopping Z-Bo and Lance and exploiting the Grizzlies weak interior defense are going to be the two keys to this series.

Great that it should be over in 4, we get rest, we don't get tired and hopefully get to play some guys solid playoff minutes who need it (Anderson, Simmons, Boban).

Potentially bad that we drop to their level, play lethargic as we did against a few teams this year and then get a wake up call against a hardened, tested 2nd round matchup.

Would be nice to see us back to the early/mid season form where we were blowing opponents away with solid D and good ball movement.

Like I said earlier, easiest matchup we could have gotten but Phreak is right here too. I would have rather played someone who could challenge us to not sleepwalk through a series. We have the potential to play like crap and still win this series much like most of the regular season. I hope that's not the case.

I'm not worried about rest at this point. This team is well rested already and even a full seven game series in the first round lasts over 2 weeks. Its time to stop worrying about whats going to happen tomorrow and start playing some games with a sense of urgency and aggressiveness.

As a show of good faith I've added Danny Green to my Fanduel lineup today. Lets get this series off to a good start FREAKING DANNY GREEN!

I was rooting for you guys but the Heat just came out firing. Lin looked a bit lost on offense and defense at times and as an outsider looking in, I don't get why Lamb doesn't play?

Anyway, the Spurs did what they had to do today. Aldridge is still a concern with his finger. His shot is a bit off and he was flexing his hand and look down at it a bit as well so it's not 100%.

I just hope no one gets injured, sounds like Grizz are going to come out tougher on defense next game.

Bit of a slow and methodical start to this one but we really pulled away in the 2nd half. Let's do that 3 more times and keep everyone healthy.

Tony looked 5 years younger, Duncan looked quicker and the dynamic duo were amazing as always. Also Kawhi was an animal on the defensive end, he just took the ball from guys and came up with some really nice blocks.

Yeah, we started off slow but played much better later. It was good to see Boris back. Danny didn't do squat for me as usual. Memphis really doesn't have the players available to have any business winning a game in this series. Lets just get through this healthy because I have a bad feeling about OKC. We are going to need to be playing well for them.

I think that series will be good. Miami just couldn't do anything wrong yesterday. You guys have to play some better defense though.

The offense just runs so much smoother with him on the floor. I think we're really need to up his minutes in the playoffs.

Realistically, I'm looking for offensive aggressiveness as usual, and no one to get hurt. Please limit the sloppy turnovers and Anderson, Green and West need to SHOOT when they get a pass and stop with the damn pump fakes before I die.

And no stupid fade away jumpers(which will stop when the above mentioned guys shoot the ball). Lets make sure everything is moving twoard the basket tonight.

I guess playing better than horrible offense in the first quarter was too much to ask........
