We're going to be playing in Vegas and Utah this summer. The roster so far looks like this:







Schedule:

First game of the summer happened last night! We did not win it but some of the youngin's showed some promise.

Murray added some muscle (it's noticeable) and looked pretty decent on both sides of the ball. White was solid, Bertans didn't shoot it all that well but he looked pretty good in the 2nd half and Blossomgame and Jefferson were solid on the glass.

Exum looked really good for the Jazz and so did Mitchell (really like this kid).

Tatum looks great so far (23 and 10 last night), but the good guys got the W, 81-70.

He's definitely a player. He looks so much more explosive than he did at Duke.

Forbes was excellent last night, he scored in every way possible and looked really really confident attacking the paint.

Also loved how Murray played. Didn't force things, got into the paint at will, played some great defense at times and just looked like a proper pass first PG.

Blossomgame rebounded nicely from his poor opening night. Hit some 3's looked confident with the ball.

Also I can see Cory Jefferson earning himself a 2-way deal. He really bulked up and I love his hustle.

I'm telling you guys don't fall for the Forbes trap. In college the dude would play like the college player of the year one night then disappear for 2 months and everyone wonders what happened. He would have to play like that for a year before I would trust him at all.

Yeah he's a ways to go still. But he's definitely making strides.

We'll see if he can put in another good performance today.

So that's it for Utah! On too Vegas, roster will be the same.

99-85 over the Blazers in today's SL game in Vegas. Forbes continues to impress with 35 in 34 minutes.

I'm on the Forbes train... slowly began liking him as he got some legit time, and while it was against a mediocre Dallas team later in the year, that game made me keep interest in him. He was a beast that game.

And was on this Pelicans game too... again, the competition even less, but the confidence can do wonders leading into the season, where ever he is.

I'll take a ticket as well. I know it's only summer league but the he's been so effective with the ball. He hasn't just been shooting it well he's been making a ton of tough shots off the dribble and driving towards the rim.

If he gets minutes this year I can see him having a season like Seth Curry had for the Mav's last year.
