WHERE: ORACLE, Oakland, CA
TV: TNT national broadcast
VEGAS: O/U 221.5, Warriors -11.5What needs to be said? They're the champs, they're at home, and they're riding a six-game win streak; the good guys have nothing to lose, so all we can do is hope for an upset like the one we just gave Cleveland.
If there's an upside, it's that their bench is a little thin, with West, Iggy, and Jordan Bell all scratches tonight, but we'll be down a Gasol brother (shoulder), and there's still the matter of Aldridge's recent ankle sprain, so the fact is that we're going to have to play above ourselves on both ends to take this one. If anyone can do it, we're the squad, so let's send some positive mental energy westward and hope it reaches the bay in time!

Stealing this one would be really nice. I'm not expecting it but you know...

We don't win this unless they are disinterested. These next 3 games we need to score. A good game for us is 100-110 points and that's if everyone is contributing. We need 120+ to compete here if the Warriors are engaged. Hopefully they take a night off because no one on our team is stepping up as a consistent scorer.

Hoping we catch them napping and we catch lighting in a bottle.
As usual, we've got two players out, one has been consistent, the other has been rotating all season long. At least the news with Pau isn't as bad as it first sounded, "Day-to-day":
And good to see Pop in fine pre-game form. Check out who we're starting in for Pau
GO SPURS GO!!!

Also, a bigger than basketball moment of the day, before tonight's game:
There's something in my eye...
Very happy for that young man, Godspeed to him and his family.

Nice try, but in the end WE CANT SCORE. Mills is useless and cant guard anyone, Anderson forcing bad shots because no one can get open. Murry taking bad shots because no one can get open. Bertans!!! SHOOT THE **** BALL!!! All Golden State had to do was double team Aldridge and they just waited until they had too and the game was over.
WHY IS MILLS ON THE FLOOR AT THE END OF THE GAME?????? WHERE IS PARKER??? WTF? I'm sorry, but I am soo f-ing tired of Patty F-ing Mills. How many games does he have to lose for us before someone notices HE CANNOT BE A MAIN GUY IN OUR OFFENSE??
I would rather get blown out than to lose by being stupid. This pisses me off. I just want to grab Pop and shake some sense into him and I've never felt like this before.

Plus on the other end, we gave up three O rebounds to them that they scored on for their comeback. Plus your favourite inconsistent player took the last shot. Patty was serviceable for us tonight, Danny was almost non-existent at least on paper (he did contest and pass and move well). I think Patty and Bertans were the options for the last play, perhaps decoys not sure, but anyway, they were contested enuogh on the inbounds that it left Bryn wide open. I mean, Patty and Bertans were the players who were our biggest 3 threats tonight, having made the most of them.
Just a couple of little things, but this one hurts, because we played so much better. If we can just hold on till we're all players full throttle and play this way, I like our chances. It would be great if the wheel of fortune finally spun in our favour.

Another ugly 4th quarter collapse. Like Gump pointed out we have no offense outside of LMA, he can only take us so far we really need Kawhi back. I really believe that with a healthy Kawhi we could take these guys in a 7 game series.

Maybe Pop is overplayin Mills trying to show that he is "a valuable piece" to make easy his trade during the off season??? The problem is that Mills is looking even worse. I hope we can salary dump him without losing any asset, or at east a minor one like Derrick White or some 2nd rounders...
At least, tonight Pop designed an amazing play to go the OT.
