Down 11 after 3Qs. Our shooting, there's no sugar-coating it, is bad: 37.3% FG, 12.5% from 3(!), getting outrebounded, assist:TO ratio is 7:10, so yeah... Let's see what bite we have to get back into it.

Sweet back door cut by Lonnie, and great pass from Metu for 2. Nice synergy between them.

Three Spurs got outhustled and eventually outrebounded under our own basket by the lone Pacer, Johnson. He even got the +1 call. Tsk tsk...

White getting into the key with quick fakes but just not getting them to drop. Walker with some fancy moves getting into the paint as well, once Blossomgame cleaned up a miss, the next, sweet teardrop went in. More confident showing by Walker. Loving him, White, Metu, and Jaron who knows his role and goes after it. Great low post presence and clean-up guy for steady points/rebounds.

Derrick White has been playing solid. I think he'll have more minutes without TP this season. Hopefully he can contribute as well as he has played in G-League and Summer League

there are 3 guys on that SL who is better then dj atm unless he shows me he has a jumpshot, other then that his minutes needs to be given up or that starting job is still up for grabs for any of the young guys on the team and be move down the pecking order...in other words i think his a draft busts, i dont care about his defense or crashing the boards cause thats not important to me as a player at his position, what i want is better ball movement/control, awareness on the floor to create, shooting...aka duties of a real pg, or else he needs to be switch to 3d player

derrick white needs to be move up the rotation or given starter job see what he can do instead of continue trot out dj

Nice to have the lead, though we were up by 20 and gave up several possessions in a row that cost us points on the other end. So while it's good we gave ourselves a cushion, there are things to clean up, like how we finish Qs. I hope we pour it on in the second half. All the little things done right add up the right way.

Wonderful P&R for a Metu slam! Great bounce pass to him.

:o Lonnie with the sweet dunk! Our rookies have hops we're not used to seeing, but it'll be wonderful added juice to our lineup.

SL has some Jekyll / Hyde play: we show some great movement and passing for short Js in the key, then give up an +1.

Then we show a great quick push up the floor in transition from a FT for a +1 chance of our own.

Metu on both ends is showing a much better game than I anticipated for a player chosen #49.

Lonnie with the confident of the dribble 3, followed by a steal, drive and crafty layup for the +1!

Can't have three Spurs watch the rebound fall into an opponent's hands under our basket, come on now...

Washington is on a 21-6 run. Three TOs, an O foul, a layup, and our lead is down to one. Our transition D was lacklustre, gave up to many points there too easily. Sloppy work towards the end of the Q - not what we need.

They TO, Lonnie J miss, followed by a Blossomgame putback dunk! YEAH!

Commentators post-game, about Lonnie: "He doesn't know how good he is." At this point, it's great to see him being a bit more assertive on O and scoring in a variety of ways, he's so good in transition already, a better passer than I thought, too. On D needs to develop more lateral quickness to better prevent or affect drives against him. Can't wait to see his game grow!
