Some things that stand out on first glance:
Luka is legit 6'11" making him the second tallest on the team. If he can juuuust put it all together... He needs time with players who are more willing to get him the ball, and some consistent minutes.
He's gained some weight, that's clear. He and Trey weigh the same, but both play like they're lighter than 235lbs. Keita is at 230lbs and like gump noticed, is a big body and uses it.
Rudy's 240lbs - is that after losing 10 pounds? He was listed at 240lbs for last season's training camp roster, too. Maybe he can drop an extra five?
LMA reportedly got all toned up, too, but he's the same weight as last season's 265lbs (doesn't mean he didn't get in better shape even as he stayed at the same weight, but he's still the heaviest and oldest player on the team. We need some bulk for certain match-ups, it's just that for our run and gun bubble play style, it's not optimal).
DJ gained a mere 5lbs but on on his frame the extra strength and muscle are an accomplishment.
Lonnie definitely got more toned but his weight is listed as the same.
All of which is to say that the young guys took the off-season strength and conditioning assignments to heart. I'd love it if we could utilize them fully this season.
