The first of a back-to-back is also the first of five games in seven days on the road. We did well the last time we had such a schedule; different opponents now, but we do have the experience of better play through a lot of travel to draw from. We can also bring a lot from the better play of the previous game as well. Combining determined defense with focused, crisp offense with the lesson of starting strong and making every play count should serve us well tonight.

I like our pressure of Luka and our D to O transition so far.

I'd like Derrick to take more 3s.

We need to figure out Porz - drive at him more or something.

Good, quick decisions with the ball. Crisp, decisive movement.

Team D needs to stay on point.

We took our foot off the pedal for a while there and let a 7-point lead turn into a 6-point deficit but woke up a bit towards the end of the 2ND Q.

We can't stop Porz who is a problem in this game. But there are still things we can do better, especially on O. We have only taken 10 3s, and for some reason Keldon has taken 4 of them (1-4). None from Rudy, none from Lonnie, one from Derrick.

DeMar looks a little heavy today. He hasn't gotten to the FT line in the 1ST half which indicates his level of engagement. Only two of his eight attempts have been in the restricted circle.

How does Jakob get called for a foul on a guy falling behind him on a screen? HOW?!

No Devin minutes yet as Pop ran a tight 9-man rotation.

Stick with out defensive game plan and effort; take and make more 3s, Spurs!
