We better play with some self-respect and pride and the requisite energy and focus that shows it. That's it.

Sort of a mucky start. Pace is half court methodical with some bursts here and there.

I don't like DJ settling for outside shots all the time. Not one drive yet.

But other Spurs are driving to good effect.

Good D at the rim by us, too.

We made a great pass to Tre down low, he faked well, then passed it out for a 3 miss. You're right there, Tre. Get the ball up.

Lonnie uses right hand on right side layup and blows the bunny. Such a weird player.

Collins looks engaged tonight. Johnson was also then stupid lazy turnover. Looks like the winner is going to be whatever team wants to play an ounce of defense which is neither of us now.

Yeah, I think we mentioned this a few times. Its like he feels the need to have his back to the basket on layups LOL

1ST Q: SPURS 30

HORNETS 31

Good pace and variety. 11 assists already. Just don't like the exchange of baskets.

Love the bully ball and finish by Keldon already. 7-7. After getting benched the last game, he's responded very well.

Lonnie 1-5. This is what happens when he has a hot hand in a few games. Absolute tunnel vision. And the misses rack up quickly with weirdo wide open layups blown. How does that happen? Still?

DJ 0-5 on passive play is unacceptable. No drives? Do better.

Doug only 1-2. Has to give us more, too.

We can't exchange baskets with them. We start and end with great D first.

I forgot to bet the over tonight but whoever did is looking pretty good. Zero defense by both teams...

And also he gives literally all zeros across the board in the 1ST Q in ALL other categories. THIS is the problem with Lonnie that his scoring somethings obscures. Unless he is scoring efficiently - and he's been last or near it on the Spurs this season - he's giving little else.

Exactly right. Watch him when he gets on a scoring run. He literally rests on defense.

Everyone's got Lonnie missed bunny syndrome. Contagious.

Poeltl has been playing well after that fresh cut he got after the rodeo trip...
