Not to be glib but they're not doing anything special. We're on a skeleton crew and missing bunnies at the rim whereas they're making them. It's 20-19 in this Q so far, but it's coming down to shot making. 3s is one thing, but we're not getting the right angles at the rim.

2ND Q: SPURS 64

PACERS 71

Well we just gave up two 30+ point Qs, and so despite giving up 37 in this one, we scored 38, finishing it on a terrific 14-2 run.

I think we've already scored as many 3s as we did in all of yesterday's game. Still 6-17 can and should be better. We're front rimming a lot of them.

We've done well to catch them on the rebounds which are now 22-22, 5-4 O boards for us. Jock's been going excellent work for us there.

Our bench of Jock's 17 and Lonnie's 15 are crucial for us so far. Devin's the only starter in double figures with 10.

Primo's the only player who hasn't scored. A couple of nice passes. Just play within yourself, use fundamentals of the glass, kid.

If we can just get some stops - they're far too efficient, and getting drives down the middle - we'll actually be in good shape. We shifted the momentum in our favour in the latter half of the Q. It's our D - pressuring the perimeter, contesting 3s, and sealing up the key to prevent those passes inside.
