Our players have been talking about this game, intent on exacting some payback. Well, we'll see how we rise to the occasion. We come into this game on the wave of some resurgent play, especially on O, but some better focus and effort on D as well. We'll need our best two-way play for the full game. Some extra rest and practice will have us well prepared. No secrets; just best competitiveness and execution.

Looks like DJ still needs to learn NOT TO OVER-DRIBBLE, then get strapped and have it stolen because 1. he doesn't pass out of it soon enough 2. we aren't looking to help him and come to the ball quick enough.

NBA officiating is such a joke. Not a surprise though, its always been this way.

1ST Q: SPURS 22
PELICANS 32
We're getting good shots but shooting poorly: FG 40%, 0-5 from 3, 6-9FTs. We have TWO assists the entire Q. Remarkable and indicative of our not moving the ball as well.
They're blitzing out on DJ in the corners near half court and he's not adjusting well to it.
Good work on the boards on both ends. Better hustle, even as they finished 12-3 to end the Q.
Just have to grind through.
