What could be added to a SEGABABA and on the road to make the challenge steeper? Altitude! The trifecta is what we're facing before we even get on the court where we will try to put yesterday's lessons into practice versus a west team with yet another strong inside-outside game. Starting strong and quick, limiting transition and arc points, and using our movement-oriented, D to O game will help us get on the right track.

Nice to see us 1. pushing it up the court quickly

2. making decisive decisions with the ball

3. utilizing Jakob early

Poor Tre. If he were 3" taller he'd be less exploitable inside on D. He does what he can, is absolutely where and how he needs to be on D, but gets bodied and because he's shorter, there's a limited window in which he can do something like swipeat the ball.

And Tre drives for the layup so there's that!

Another 2-3 zone challenge that stuttered our momentum.

Devin terrible O possession. Over dribbled left-right, then telegraphed a loooing pass that got picked off.

We're either over dribbling or settling for one and done shots.

Feels like fatigue and air sucking is taking an early toll.

Finally a nice assertive high low pass and quick turnaround J by JRich.

I didn't realize that the Nuggets are the best 3-point shooting team this season.

It tracks.

You know it's bad when Doug misses a FT...

The only thing I think of when I see Rocky is the time when he passed out while being lowered into the arena. They need a new mascot...

1ST Q: SPURS 27 NUGGETS 40

When you shoot over 50% from the field and 50% from 3 and score 27 in the 1ST Q it's pretty good.

When you're down 13 despite all that, it's not.

They're 5-7 from 3 - we must have known they're the best at this, so particular attention is needed. But they're scoring from everywhere as they're shooting over 75% from the field!

We're only 1-2FTs so get inside, get some fouls, watch the transition 3s, don't settle for one and done outside shots.

Might as well just allow a **** laypu lane with lights on either side.

We're getting no stops whatsoever, and thenthey're even making contested shots.

One of those games...

Keldon and Jakob and JRich on the bench are keeping us under a 20-point deficit.

Devin has yet to score... along with most others on the bench... but the bench is doing yeomen's work on the boards and non-stat helpers like pushing it down the floor, getting physical, which are making an impact.
