It's always going to be a balance of strength that's right for him, but this gives some idea of the maturation of his body trending the right way:

One year! Of course, part of that is just biology in filling out. But he has a unique stretch/strength program with his trainer, too.

Broad shoulders are usually a good sign for being able to handle appropriate strength relative to his frame and muscle type (there are proper terms for this but I mean how some people are more wiry lean while others are more stocky thick).
