Not sure I heard this correctly - we knew Malaki was shut down for the rest of SL but the commentator said that Julian is as well.

Rice screen use and nice hesi and floater +1. He's quite thin but qiry and twitchy. Understands how to play. You can see the difference between a guy who has played throughout college vs. one who played one year.

1ST Q: SPURS 21 PISTONS 28
A game of swings: down 7 early, we went on a 7-0 run, took the lead, only to give up a run and a 7-point deficit late
As Gump said, Dom standing out well ONCE AGAIN, Blake is a bit spotty but finding team mates ok in P&Rs, Rice is twitchy, quick, plays smart.

Blake in the middle of the paint guarding nobody.
He gets lost on switches and sags.
As much as he has to put together on O, his D IQ lags behind.
Hate to rag on the guy but this WILL NOT fly this season with Pop.
Hopefully the game catches up to the athleticism. We have a lot of guards so not sure how much time he has.
