Well here's the answer to calls for seeing more of the lesser used players!

It's Sidy and... the other guys...

OK St3v3nson!

Sidy coast to coast with a Eurostep finish for the +1.

Would love to see more of him running point.

Rice O board and floater putback. Nice.

Active overall, patient with the ball, smooth jumper.

Carleton gets the O board, keeps it high, quick second bounce putback. Solid.

1ST Q: SPURS 29 THUNDER 17

Better team play with movement, outlet passes, switches and help D, ball sharing. Six assists already. Nice to see the effort and some semblance of cohesive play.

Sidy looks great in the open court. Stevenson is efficient and leads us with 10 points. Rice knows how to play.

Bediako with a couple of O boards for the eventual +1. Bigs doing the work.

Bediako O board dunk, McCoy transition 3. Guys doing what they're best at, set up well for it by others. Pretty much what you hope for or can expect.

Sidy with the no look to a cutter.

Sidy the fancy passer I did not expect but the court vision and willingness are welcome attributes in addition to his D.

2ND Q: SPURS 53 THUNDER 42

Twenty-five boards - 7 on O (both leads over the opponent), 9 assists, and 6 TOs is a decent half output.

Sidy is tied for team-high with 3 assists but still only ONE shot attempt. Starter-low 10 minutes, but still. Would like to see him get some more chances.

Bediako leads us with 5 O boards. Keeps the ball up, keeps bulldozing through with that big body and a nice touch at the rim.

Stevenson leads us with 12 points and 5-5FTs.

Rice is twitchy and quick, contributing a little bit of everything - a block, a steal, a board, shot from the arc, got the the FT line. Used his fakes well.

We're shooting 11-12FTs but the 4-15 from 3 is bringing down our overall efficiency.

Looking for energy and some more good to great creation.

TOs galore this Q...

3RD Q: SPURS 80 THUNDER 71

End of Q steal and dunk by Rice salvages a bit of comedy of turnover errors this Q - we now have 15, so nine alone this Q.

We're facing doubles sooner and more press so we have to help one another out with bring it up the ball and keeping it clean.

Our 15-point lead dwindling to 3 coincides with inexplicable reverting to ISO play.

Sidy great give and go then great bounce pass to a cutter. Vision and passing touch really standing out well.
