God, MANU
That's like four threes now... and just before a nice pass under the basket to Bonner.

And he hits two more! 6/6 (I think) 3P in the 2nd qtr by Manu
Overall: 6/7 3P, 8-9 FG, 26 pts at the half in Minny
Wow

Good game to get - fun game, too!
Tougher than I thought, though.
Manu with yet another excellent, ridiculous night - 44 pts, 7/9 3P, scored from everyhwere. That was just vintage Ginobili on that GW shot, so sweet.
Definitely nice to see Tony back, did okay.
edit: Timmy had a very good all-around game (I just didn't think about it enough originally, and seeing the highlights)
Finley continues to hit shots
Another tough played game by Minnesota, quality effort - Al Jefferson's a damn player.

Tough win, I'm surprised Pop didn't go with Stoudamire/Vaughn with 5 minutes to go in the 4th, it's obvious that Parker is still kind of sluggish a bit - but of course Popovich is prepping him for the clash on Saturday.

Parker looks a step slow..I believe it's still too early to bring him back if he isn't fully healthy..there isn't a hurry, especially with how Manu has been playing..

I don't think he was slow, he didn't show any signs of pain, the thing is, you can't expect him to come back the first game and slash and cut, he'll get all that back soon, hopefully.

Manu has really stepped up in absence of parker. Vintage Ginobili, that i'd like to see during the po's...

Popovich deemed him healthy. So, I'd say the staff knows what the deal is with Tony.
He got to the line, he scored on a cut from Tim, and he scored on a more than simple lay-up. Hit a pull-up jumper.

I think the big question is whether the Spurs should bring Manu out as a 6th men again once Parker is 100%.

At this point I say no. But I reserve the right to change my opinion.
I say no because we are not playing that well and in the pass Having Duncan and Parker scoring and creating for Oberto, Finley, and Bowen has been enough but this year TP and TD the other three are struggling for scoring without Manu from what I saw ... before TP went out.
Now we have Udoka and Damon to energize off the bench, and the new guy Thomas. So I'd give that a shot.

Looking at the box score, our 3 point shots suffered aside from Ginobili. He was 7/9 and the rest of teh team was ....1/16....we need BONEZZ!!! Finley has been playing better as of late. Vaughn had only 6 minutes? The T'wolves out shot the spurs 50% to 47%...this should be unaceptable nowadays.

I have league pass and watched the game. Both teams played well, i can't fault the Tpups, they hit their open looks all night long and they got an insane amount of "and 1's". Yeah our 3's were off particularly Bowen and Udoka, but Manu was on fire in the second period, he seriously didn't miss a shot. Finley played very well once again and kept us in rhythm with his fade aways and pull ups. I never had any doubt we'd win. Although big al gave us a scare in the 4th. Manu came through once again. Parker played well in the limited minutes he had, hitting open jumpers and some nice lane splitting layups. Damon had a nice game too.

What a heart breaker for the Wolves. They've had so many games like that this season. If the analysts ever actually watched some Wolves games, they would see that they are better than there record reflects.
The Spurs are a veteran team who knows how to handle these situations. Hats off to them.

Finley's really been fine for most of the season... and you know he'll be there in the playoffs, regardless. 13.2 PPG in last 5 games. Oberto's been consistent doing what he does, being a pretty simple offensive player.

They got seven, I think.
