Spurs vs Hornets

Post#1 » by Magz50 » Sat Feb 23, 2008 8:58 pm

Two of my fave players go head to head. Gonna be an awesome game! Hopefully Parker starts or else Paul is gonna rip us apart. This game should be played like a playoff game seeing a winfor us and a loss for them could be huge. I'm gonna say Spurs by 3.

Hornets just got killed by the Rockets and will be even more set... but, leaning to a close-ish Spurs win. Just siding to us by a bit, though.

well, I hope they were forced to watch the tape from last month when the Hornets just came out in the 2nd half and punched the Spurs in the mouth. Gotta give them a little payback, besides, every win is extremely vital.

i hope its a close game. blowouts for either team will just make other teams around us happy.

look to see at least one technical from the hornets. my bet is on chris paul after he tries to slap bruce bowen again! remember he did that last game? lol.

i think the hornets will surpass the pistons in technicals this year:
chris paul, tsyon chandler, david west, and then you add mike james and BONZI WELLS! its ova!

even peja has at least 2 technicals, and mopete actually got kicked out of a game this year. he does that every year now that i think about it!

The Hornets are a legit team... most people don't want to give them their due. Despite what Jazz fans think... Paul is a legit MVP type player. The last two games have proven that whoever wins the point guard match up will win the game. I hope we can see Thomas...

Thomas won't play tonight, he'll play Monday.

I've read conflicting reports on whether or not Thomas will play. I personally think Pop will suit him up just to have the option of playing him. He'd sure be nice to have against West.

Parker needs to play starters minutes tonight, no question. I shudder to think what CP3 would do to Vaughn or Stoudamire in extended minutes.

DAMON for 33333333! lol great finish to the half!!! Man I love our rotation now we have Parker back. Damon is gonna be great in a 1-2 punch with Tony.

Up by 15 at the half.
