Sorry to hijack your thread like this, but what's up with our moderator TD is the Man. Has he changed his username to Kobe is the Man ? I'm kinda puzzled ??

I'm guessing Spurs win this by 11. Much needed win for us, Warriors will be desperate tho fr this one so i wouldn't be suprised if we lose.

As for TD? I'm not sure what you're on about? Have i missed something?

very impressed by these last 2 games, complete 48 minutes, now you can only top this by winning in the toughest place on Friday night, lets go baby

even though he's just around to burn minutes for the Spurs Bobby Jones looked impressive on his Defense, hope the Spurs keep an eye on that guy.

The Warriors shot 37.5 percent from the field to the Spurs' 55 percent. San Antonio had the advantage in rebounding (54-37) and assists (25-8) and held the high-scoring Warriors to under 100 points.

Key stats of the game...

The Warriors just suck animal parts when it comes to rebounding...

Tremendous team win there, really enjoyable

I liked Bobby Jones defense and ball movement, from the 7 minutes he got. I'm intrigued to see him get more oppurtunities (when they come up) and show more.

This was a damn nice win. I'm starting to believe in this team again.

Yeah, great win all around. Offense looked very sharp, defense held the highest scoring team in the L well below their average. On to Utah!

For old times sake.

"Easy win!! Next!"

I see some Warrior fans are saying, that they basically tanked this game because of the game tonight against Dallas, being more important because of the 7/8 seeding situation.

Well, if that was the approach on the inside of the team, they still most likely would of lost anyway (which also could of played a part). And would lose a playoff series against us.

I don't quite buy it, myself.

^ Yeah, I don't buy it either. I mean, wouldn't putting a little more effort to try to get a W over the Spurs AND go for the W against the Mavs be even better? They're not exactly in the position where they can dictate which wins are the "important" ones...they all are at this point for them.

I don't buy it at all. They are/were in a 3 way tie with Denver and Dallas. At this point, they've got to win every game they can. What I can believe is that they probably figured that this was a game they likely would've lost, no matter what they did - so they dropped it on purpose.

But from what I saw, they didn't look like a team that was tanking. They just looked overmatched.

Alrite, I'll give the Warriors some much deserved respect. If we meet in the playoffs, they could very well do the unthinkable and win one game.
