The playoffs are coming up. While most teams are sorting out their rosters, the Suns media and fanbase are preparing for what they do best: whine like a 4 year old girl with a skinned knee.
When the Suns get eliminated in the playoffs this year, it won't be because the other team was better. There'll be an excuse. There's always an excuse.

I'm more mixed on Phoenix this year against us, I think they'd have a legit chance to beat us this time. Whereas the last 3 years, I just don't think they did/would have (2006).
Now, I may be taking the last two games against them into consideration too much.
But regardless, I'm some more wary of them than before, and I'd prefer to play Dallas/Houston/Utah in R1 instead. But if it comes down to the Suns, we still have a credible chance to win, and I think somewhat of an edge.

This is an even year.....you have enjoyed your glory...if the Suns can defeat the mythical Spurs in the first round, I hope to add all Spurs fans to the Suns bandwagon as I have supported the Spurs after our recent defeats..Let us band against the evil Lakers and Mavericks!
as always, just for fun and best of luck to all of us

I'm not. I refuse to recognize the 'greatness' in New York Yankee built teams.
There is something to be said about teams that can take non-allstars, find a role for them and develop them into a winning system. A good example would be the New Orleans Hornets, Tyson Chandler was nothing more than a roleless role player with the Bulls and now he is a legit baller. Peja and Bonzi were not KG or Ray Allen caliber superstars and they play into the Hornets system very well. I think another good example would be the Dallas Mavericks, pre-Jason Kidd trade.
Just my humble opinion.
